The Division of Nephrology at the Columbia University Medical Center provides expertise in a broad range of areas including kidney failure, dialysis and transplantation, glomerular disease, kidney stones, and high blood pressure. The research faculty are world-renowned in the areas of kidney development, glomerular disease, shock, and acute kidney failure.

The Division of Nephrology is highly ranked by US News & World Report. The training aspects of our program include fellowships in clinical nephrology, glomerular disease, basic research, and kidney transplantation.
